What we collect

• Business Snapshot assessment: your name, email, business name, how many people work in the business, your answers, where you want to be in 12 months and what's costing you the most time. If you give them, also your phone number, what kind of business it is and roughly how many hours a week you work in it.
• Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, optional business name, the topic you choose and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
• Site visits: a random visitor ID stored in a first-party cookie, the pages you view and the page that referred you. We use this only to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

• To show you your Business Snapshot results and follow up about your next steps.
• To reply to your message or arrange a call you asked for.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for. Every newsletter email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We never sell your details.

Business details only

Our website forms ask for business details only. Please don't send private details about your clients or staff through this website.

Your results link

Your Business Snapshot results live at a private link that only you receive. It is hidden from search engines. Anyone you share the link with can see your scores, so keep it to yourself if you prefer.

Who processes your data

Your details are stored in our customer database, hosted with our cloud provider. Emails are delivered through our email-sending provider. These services process data only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time through our contact page.
