Why I do this
I started helping business owners because they were all suffering from the same thing: they were the bottleneck in their own business. They were wearing all the hats and doing every role, busy being busy instead of busy being productive, and they didn't know how to get out of it.
I knew I could give them a way out: the HR systems they needed to move from working in their business to working on it. I've watched good owners burn out because everything runs through them. My goal is for you to finally take time off with your family without the phone ringing. I'll tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear, and I'll hold you to the goals you set.
Where my experience comes from
In the Manitoba Government, I built position descriptions (some from scratch) and did desk audits with managers, directors and executive directors. I also trained managers to write their own position descriptions and to build the recruitment and selection (hiring) packages for each of their departments and business areas.
Since 2015, I've done the same work for small and medium businesses: interviewing everyone, pulling out every role the owner was secretly doing, and building the HR systems to hand them off.
In 2018, I built every position description, checklist and manual by hand. A full Duplication Package took months. Business Systems in a Box takes that proven Duplication Process and my Genius Wheel, and packages them with AI. AI now drafts the systems in weeks from my desk audits, and I review, customize and implement them, so you get speed and judgment.
